What data do we process?
From the form: name / company, email, optional phone, topic, message content and technical anti-spam data. In client contracts — the scope follows the agreement (separate documents). We do not run a newsletter or external marketing CRM.
Do you have to provide data?
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your inquiry. For a contract, the data scope follows the law and the agreement.
Who may we disclose data to?
Form inquiries are read only by the controller. Data may go to: hosting MIKR.US (PL/EU), Google (Gmail) as the mailbox, and after consent — Google Analytics. We do not sell data. Recipients may also include authorities authorised by law.
How long do we keep data?
- contact inquiries — up to 6 months after contact ends,
- contract and billing data — up to 5 years (or longer if required by law).

Your rights
You have the right to:
