Production & office process automation
We turn manual Excel reports, repetitive tasks and data hand-offs into working automations. Fewer errors, fewer hours lost on admin.
Software house from Szczecinek · + 100 km · remote
We visit, look at the real process and stitch order status, reports and systems into one flow — no heavy ERP “just in case”. 14 years in the team. First conversation is free. On-site or remote.
LuBi-Software — each of us simply likes software. Passion, curiosity and software that works. No corporate fluff.
Practical solutions for SMEs and manufacturing plants — from manual spreadsheets to systems that actually run day to day.
We turn manual Excel reports, repetitive tasks and data hand-offs into working automations. Fewer errors, fewer hours lost on admin.
Simple, tailored systems for orders, production status, warehouse and quality — without overpaying for heavy enterprise suites.
We connect tools common in manufacturing, services, accounting and retail (Comarch, Subiekt, Symfonia, CMS, shops…) so data flows by itself — see by industry.
Clear panels with key production and process metrics — live data instead of weekly manual reports.
We analyze current processes and ship solutions that actually save time — including simple agents for documents and reports.
Dedicated panels, internal systems and ongoing care after launch — from a team that knows the project from the inside.
We pick the stack around your process, not the other way around. Below are tools common in industries we work with most — manufacturing, services, accounting and retail.
For plants that live on orders, BOMs, stock levels and shop-floor reports — not clicking five apps at once.
Outcome: order status, warehouse and reports in one flow — less retyping from the floor to the office.
For service firms, workshops, agencies and offices where deadlines, clients and invoices matter — not chaos in email.
Outcome: inquiry → quote → delivery → invoice without losing the thread between email, Excel and CRM.
For accounting offices and finance teams drowning in documents, tax exports and manual data from clients.
Outcome: documents and statuses flow in automatically — less time spent retyping.
For shops and wholesalers where orders, stock and marketplaces have to stay in sync.
Outcome: one source of truth for stock and orders — fewer shipping and invoicing mistakes.
Regardless of industry, we often connect the tools you already use every day:
Don’t see your system listed? That’s normal — local companies often run “Excel + Subiekt + email” mixes. On a consultation we map the real data flow and tell you straight what we can connect quickly and what needs a larger phase.
Transparently, in four stages, with regular contact. On-site or remote.
First meeting free, no commitment. Together we define what should change in the business and where you lose the most time.
Clear scope, risks and an indicative price. If something can’t be priced fairly yet — we say so up front.
Regular demos from the team. You can review progress and steer the direction as we go.
Launch at your place (or online) plus support after start so the system works in daily operations.
LuBi-Software is a local software house based in Szczecinek, Poland. We combine engineering experience with personal contact and ownership of the outcome. We work on-site within 100 km and fully remote.
He spent over a decade programming and managing projects for technology giants such as Intel, Boeing and Nordea. Today, as an independent consultant, he turns that experience into tailor-made IT systems. At LuBi-Software he owns client relationships, but first and foremost he consults on and builds the key implementations. He has a strong feel for the business, implements AI tools with ease, and can go deep under the hood of any project — quickly diagnosing architectural issues and uncovering hidden potential for optimization.
Part-time software advisor — supports the team on technical decisions and solution architecture. Advises on technology choices, code quality and engineering practices so projects stay solid, maintainable and fit real business needs.
We build software for real businesses — a wide tech stack, hands-on projects and hybrid work (Szczecinek + remote).
We’re looking for someone who designs and ships modern interfaces — from operations panels to client-facing web apps. You’ll work close to product and backend, across a broad frontend stack (we’re not locked into a single library).
A role for someone who owns the full stack and enjoys leading projects technically — from architecture to delivery. Broad stack (backend + frontend + cloud), mentoring and engineering decisions without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Beyond shipping software, we want to show that life can really change in a small county town — for us and for others.
County Poland is depopulating. By founding LuBi-Software we don’t just want our family to stay in Szczecinek instead of moving back to a big city. We want other people here to have a real alternative too — work, growth, and a reason to use everything Szczecinek already offers.
We build systems and automations for companies — on-site and remote. Solid code, clear communication, and measurable impact on processes that hurt.
In the future we want to teach practical use of artificial intelligence — for both young people and adults. Not hype, but skills that stick.
A small town doesn’t have to mean no prospects. We want to prove that technology and a good life can meet right here — and that staying is worth it.
Sites, systems and automations we built or ran — from idea to ongoing operations.
A service site and intake system for Prison Service officers seeking recovery of pay and allowances (including claims linked to Poland’s 2022 modernisation act).
We built and ran the full legal-services product: marketing landing with clear CTAs, a 6-step process, FAQ, PDF terms, a trade-union partnership page, and a registration form with database storage, confirmation tokens and automated email workflows.

Dispatcher-facing operations center: fleet and order overview, depots, network map, route planning with solution graph visualization, solver parameter panel (capacity, max distance, nodes per route) and operational alerts. React UI talks to Go / C++ solver services.
LuBi-Software role: architecture and development of the routing system and operations panel.
A local web app that helps parents coordinate shared rides for children to the pool, music school, dance classes and other activities in Szczecinek.

Code, experiments and technical tools — including routing-solver components and other backend / full-stack projects.
The team’s commercial experience includes solid backend systems, integrations, reporting and business solutions — from finance to energy.
Happy to document a joint delivery — from a concrete problem to a measurable result. On-site (Szczecinek + 100 km) or fully remote.
